外國人申請中國的工作簽證需要提供哪些材料？中山市海外傳播中心的AI主播Alan告訴當(dāng)勞，外籍人士在華就業(yè)，須持《工作許可證》和《工作類居留許可》雙證，方可正式上崗，申請合法證件所需資料可以大致分為以下三個部分：一是外籍人申請來華工作簽證個人所需資料。其中包括護(hù)照首頁和所有出境記錄蓋章頁以及居留許可頁，半年內(nèi)的2寸白底彩照等個人所需資料。二是外國人辦理工作簽證的中國公司也需要提供一下的的資料。外國人在中國境內(nèi)申請工作簽證需要大致經(jīng)過“申請工作許可通知書、辦理工作簽證辦理工作許可證、辦理工作類居留許可”4個流程。
